Return Policy

As some of our items are made to order and other kept in stock our return policy varies.   If we already have the items in stock, we are happy to accept any returns within 10 days of receipt as per guidelines.  If we do not standardly stock the item it will be final sale.  

Please feel free to reach out to us directly to see if we have the item you are interested in in stock and if it will be eligible for return or exchange.

If it is kept in stock return guidelines are as follows:

Exchanges, Credits, and Refunds are accepted until 10 days after the item is received. Items must be in their original, brand new condition, showing no signs of having been worn or used. These items must be returned within the 10 days and MUST include its original packaging, receipt of purchase and a return form issued by our studio. Please contact info@leighmiller.us immediately to address your request and include a reason for return and we will then issue you a Return Form and shipping details.

* Discounted items are eligible for exchange or online store credit only.

In the event of a valid exchange/refund/credit, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs (including a secure tracking number & insurance) involved for returning the item.  Leigh Miller does not refund items that are lost or damaged in transit back to our studio - please be sure to package your items with extra padding and to include secure tracking information and insurance for your own protection. If an item is for some reason received damaged, please email Customer Service immediately with a clear description of the item and include a photograph.
