As some of our items are made to order and other kept in stock our return policy varies. Our “Ready to Ship” section features any items we have available in stock that are also eligible for returns. From this section we are happy to accept any returns within 10 days of receipt as per guidelines. Any other items we do not standardly stock and are final sale.

If it is kept in stock return guidelines are as follows:
Exchanges, Credits, and Refunds are accepted until 10 days after the item is received. Items must be in their original, brand new condition, showing no signs of having been worn or used. These items must be returned within the 10 days and MUST include its original packaging. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org immediately to address your request and include a reason for return and we will then issue you return instructions and shipping details.

In the event of a valid exchange/refund/credit, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs (including a secure tracking number & insurance) involved for returning the item. Leigh Miller does not refund items that are lost or damaged in transit back to our studio - please be sure to package your items with extra padding and to include secure tracking information and insurance for your own protection. If an item is for some reason received damaged, please email Customer Service immediately with a clear description of the item and include a photograph.
Items listed in our Ready-To-Ship section will be sent out within 2 business days of order being placed. All other items are made to order - we ask that you please allow 2-4 weeks for these pieces to be handmade with care in our Los Angeles studio. Once your purchase is on its way you will receive a confirmation email with your USPS tracking number included. FedEx Standard Overnight and DHL International options may be selected at checkout.
